We are now offering Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments in and around Dorset. The code although mandatory since May 2008 is required only when either the Local Authority or Housing association stipulate it is needed. There are 3 stages to the Code for Sustainable Homes process.

Stage 1 - The Pre-assessment calculation. This can be done at the Planning stage of your project as this is only an indication of the potential level achievable and serves as guidance for stages 2 and 3.

Stage 2 -  During the build process. Submitting the required data to the Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor for assessment against the Pre-assessment calculation.

Stage 3 - Final data collection and submission for your Certificate.
